He primarily advises clients on M&A transactions (seller and buyer side, strategic investors, and financial investors) and corporate law. Other areas of focus include venture capital (especially financing rounds and exit transactions), private equity, and corporate finance. The transactions he handles often have a technology focus. He also advises on corporate succession and corporate law issues in real estate transactions.
