Dr Gerrit Ponath has been working as a lawyer and partner in our Frankfurt office since 2025. His practice focuses on advising private individuals and (family) entrepreneurs on all aspects of national and international asset succession planning and tax optimization. Another focus of his work is advising foundations and associations on all legal and tax issues specific to foundations and associations.In addition, Dr Gerrit Ponath is active in forensic work, particularly in the context of commercial, inheritance, and tax law disputes.
