Hendrikje Schilling joined our Frankfurt office as an attorney in 2021. She advises clients primarily on intellectual property law, in particular trademark and competition law. Her work includes worldwide trademark applications, defending trademark and other intellectual property rights, trademark searches, strategy consulting, and trademark monitoring. In addition, she is active in design law, including the registration and defense of design rights, as well as in unfair competition law, copyright law, and distribution and contract law.
