Hildegard Schöllmann joined our Cologne office as an attorney and local partner in 2021 and became a partner in 2026. She primarily advises clients in the food and non-food sectors, medical device law, product liability law, and intellectual property law. She has extensive experience in product-specific contract drafting, such as supply and quality assurance agreements, specifications, and certification agreements. Another focus of her work is crisis consulting, particularly in the event of product recalls and withdrawals, as well as advising on product development, product labeling and advertising, and product safety assessments. She also represents her clients in civil and sanction proceedings.
