Marc Tepfer, LL.M., has been working as a lawyer and partner in our Hamburg office since 2024. He primarily advises clients in the area of mergers and acquisitions, as well as on corporate and tax restructuring and transactions involving private and public companies. Other areas of focus include tax structuring advice, corporate tax law, group tax law, and sales tax law. In addition, he represents clients in fiscal court proceedings and has particular experience in providing tax advice to the public sector and municipal enterprises, especially multi-utility companies such as utilities and transport companies or swimming pools, as well as municipal authorities. He also advises on EU state aid law and tax law.
