Dr Gabi Müllejans, LL.M. oec.

Dr Gabi Müllejans is a certified specialist for intellectual property law and has been specializing in trademark law, design law, and competition law (UWG) for over 12 years. She has particular experience in legal representation in IP disputes, the development and enforcement of national and international trademark and design strategies, and the management of international trademark and design portfolios. Dr Müllejans has many years of experience as a trademark and competition lawyer in leading, internationally oriented law firms. She worked for over 10 years as a lawyer in the field of intellectual property law at a renowned IP boutique in Cologne. Dr Müllejans is an active member of the Marques (Unfair Competition Task Force) and the Intellectual Property Committee of the Cologne Bar Association.
