Norbert Hebeis headed the European trademark department of a US corporation from 1990 to 2000. He has been working as a lawyer in our Freiburg office since 2000 and has been a partner since 2001. He advises clients from all industries on trademark, design, and competition law, particularly in the area of EU trademarks and international registration strategies. He has extensive experience in proceedings before the European Trademark Office (EUIPO) and the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), in litigation before the German civil courts and the courts of the European Union (CFI and ECJ), and in drafting trademark agreements.
