Sven Köhnen has been with our Cologne office since 2012 and previously worked as a lawyer since 1996, joining our predecessor company in Cologne in 2001. He has been a partner since 2003. In 2025, he moved to our newly established office in Dusseldorf. He advises clients primarily on national and European antitrust law as well as in the areas of commercial law, distribution law, and labor law. His practice focuses on advising and representing clients in the areas of distribution antitrust law, antitrust fine proceedings, merger control, antitrust damages, collective and individual labor law, and litigation.
