Dr Morton Douglas has been working as a lawyer in our Freiburg office since 2004 and became a partner in 2020. He advises clients primarily on trademark and design protection in the areas of research, the development of application strategies, portfolio consulting, defense in official and infringement proceedings, licensing agreements, corporate identity law, and titles and domains. In patent law, he advises and represents clients in litigation and licensing agreements. He also advises on competition law, pharmaceutical advertising law, pharmacy and drug law, data protection law, and crisis management in press law.
